We love sharing pictures of our furry visitors and the work that we are doing with them. Please let us know when you bring your pet in if you don't want us to share pictures of your pet
We use Schedulista for scheduling and reminder texts. Booking with us means that you authorize us to send you these automated messages. You will receive a reminder text 72 hours prior to your scheduled service and on the day of your appointment.
For personalized quote include pets name, breed, weight, and any past grooming experiences. Will require vaccination records prior to appointment. Vaccinations Required Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo, Leptospirosis.
If we are unable to finish your pups groom/service for any reason (i.e: grooming session intolerance, biting, aggressive behavior, severe anxiety affecting the groom, health/safety concerns) we reserve the right to charge up to half of the scheduled service
We want to make sure that your pet is safe and can handle the services that we provide. Your pets health, safety, and well being is our top priority.
Because of our busy schedule we are requiring at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. If you must cancel or reschedule you appointment less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled via a payment link sent to you via text message. Must be paid prior to next service or will be added to next groom.
No Show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service that will be required before booking another appointment.
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment you will be rescheduled and a late cancellation fee will apply. There may be times I can still keep your appointment without negatively affecting another clients appointment. Communication with me is key! Let me know if you think you will be running late and I will see what I can do.
We are happy to do schedules for your pets care. Appointments can be seen via any schedulista link for your pups appointments. Appointments more than 6 months out are subject to change. I try not to change them and try very hard to communicate changes but sometimes things need to be adjusted a little bit to accommodate all of my clients.
When I schedule your appointment I send out a link with your appointment time, address, and salon policies. If you don't get one after booking please remind me. You will also receive a text reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment and 30 min prior.
I try and accomodate as much as I can and communicate to the best of my ability. I also strive to have good communication. If there are ever any questions, concerns, or issues please reach out to me.
When scheduling appointments it is important for me to verify up to date vaccines for the safety of all pups. Health and safety is a top priority to me. If you are unable to get me vaccination records at the time of booking I will schedule a placeholder appointment so that I don't give up your appointment.
I try to review appointments at least 3 days prior to your appointment and reach out to see if vaccination records can be verified and on file. That being said - I'm very busy and try my best to stay organized
As a pet parent it is your responsibility to provide proof of vaccination to me more than 72 hours prior to your appointment. If I don't have your vaccinations 72 hours prior to the groom your placeholder appointment will be cancelled for the safety of all my clients.
